Issue with hood separating from underneath supprts

Has anyone experienced a issue with the cross members on the bottom side of the hood (98 Boxster) pulling away from the hood metal itself? I think its glued at the factory and maybe more glue needs to be applied?? Anyone else experiencing this? It's causing the hood metal to appear "dented".
