 Boxster Child Seat

With two family cars and two classic cars that have to be driven or they atrophy, I wasn't driving the Boxster much since my daughter was born.
So with my child turning 5 and old enough for a booster seat, I followed the Pelican Parts DIY guide and got the official Boxster Child Seat. It cost a fortune, I think $270 for the bar under the seat from Pelican, $540 for the seat on eBay from Germany, and the $220 hour minimum my dealer in L.A. charged to mess with the computer. They don't do this for free on a 14 year old Porsche. But at least the Boxster is back in the rotation.... and look at how happy this kid is riding in it! http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02...1498776336.jpg |

Well done dad, she's a cutie. Or mom, my bad for assuming.

I ended up buying a destination switch from a guy in uk for about $70. The local dealership enabled the option in the computer. Thought about the Porsche car seat but it is just a britax with Porsche embroidered on it. http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02...1498782032.jpg http://986forum.com/forums/uploads02...1498782043.jpg |
