Hi,
does anyone know how to take the actual switch assembly off the sill plate? I managed to pull the sill plate out and disconnect the plug with switches assembly

but NOW I can't disassemble the middle assembly part with the actual switches!
do I pull it from bottom or does it come out from top of the sill plate?
