In high G left hand sweepers a M96 may experience oil starvation.
This generally will not be an issue unless you are running slicks and pushing it hard on the track. You can prevent the problem with a deep sump kit and baffles that prevent the oil from pooling all the way to the right side away from the scavenger pump.
For normal driving and even most tracking, its not an issue
