Chicago area independent mechanics

Can we compile a list of Chicago area independent Porsche mechanics? I'm thinking that what I've found so far is not a complete list. And can we determine who does PPIs? (Napleton Porsche no longer does.) [I myself am looking for someone down by the Naperville/Bolingbrook area right now.]

So far I have seen:

Midwest Eurosport
630-595-5577
Eurosport - The Midwest's Largest Porsche Specialty Repair Shop
104 W Irving Park Rd,
Bensenville, IL 60106

For all Chicagoland Porsche owners
There is a Porsche guy from Poland
He is certified in Europe
He does his work from garage in Streamwood il
He is great
He does engine overhauls like it is replacing watch battery lol
Very organized and clean jobs
Very well priced as well compared to other Chicago shops
Great guy to work with
His name is Marcin(Martin)
Email aga3237@yahoo.com
Phone number (224) 634-1360
His English is just good to communicate with(I think he's just shy. Lol)
No problems with emails since his wife speaks perfect English
It is not an issue !!!

Then there is:
************ ************ ************ ************ ************ ************ ************MB MOTORSPORTS - Porsche engine repair and maintenance service, specializes in engine rebuilds

which is also run by a Martin- same guy as Marcin/Martin??

Google found this place, though I have no idea if anybody would recommend them:
Rennology
329 Airport Road
North Aurora, IL 60542

Who else is out there?

PKW Motorwerks in Plainfield, IL. Ed and Jason did a great job working on my 2001 Porsche Boxster S (it’s the seal gray on the lift in the shop photo on Google). They had to correct some previous work done at other shops, but everything they worked on was fixed to my total satisfaction. I found Ed and Jason to be thorough and meticulous in their work. If you want it done right the first time, I highly recommend PKW Motorwerks for your Porsche maintenance and service!

A list is available via https://www.pcarshops.com/ upon entry of your location. No guarantee of what services or the quality but at least a list of companies claiming to service Porsches. A visit when people are not picking up or dropping off often enables a look at what they have in the shop, in the lot and what they are doing. Standing around and listening at the service desk tell you a bit about how they deal with customers.

Kurt's German Autowerks in Homer Glen, IL (southwest suburbs) Kurt's German Autowerks ::: Porsche & Audi Service Located in Homer Glen, IL southwest of Chicago He only works on Porsche and Audi. I've only used him once, a few months ago, to do CV boots and change spark plugs after a recommendation by a forum member. 708-301-2910. Wish I could find someone closer to NW Indiana but was satisfied with the work and thought I got good value.
