What's Your Dream Car?

Okay, money no object, what would be your top 3?

My list:

1. Alfa Romeo Tipo 33 Stradale
https://www.classicdriver.com/en/article/cars/alfa-romeo-tipo-33-stradale-sexiest-car-all-time

2. Lamborghini Miura
https://www.classicdriver.com/en/article/cars/timeless-classics-lamborghini-miura-p400

3. Ferrari 330 P4
https://petrolicious.com/films/the-ferrari-330-p4-is-one-sexy-beast

I know, I know, they're all Italians, so better make it four:

4. Porsche 904

Phew, that was close. Might've got blacklisted!

I think realistic dream car I would take a Boxster Spyder...or a Cayman GT4!

Most any Aston Martin built in the last +/- 50 years would do right nicely. Thank-you for asking.

Benitom 03-29-2017 04:45 PM

Cayman GT4 or restomodded 1982 911.

I would settle for a 2014 Carrera 911 w/sport exhaust or Cayman/Boxster GTS.

gomarlins3 03-29-2017 05:11 PM

1. 1967 Shelby Cobra
2. 1977 Pontiac Trans Am full Bandit Edition
3. Porsche 356

I think this belongs here.

Jaguar E type drop head (convertible for those who don't speak English)
Alfa Romeo boat tail Duetto( Dustin Hoffman's car in the movie The Graduate)
Ferrari F40

But actually I think that my favorite car is one that I had, Alfa Romeo gtv6. Kind of rare, very very pretty and it was an absolute joy to drive.

I have it already and its Green (my Huracan). However, If I where to get my ultimate dream car it would be the One:1 - Koenigsegg | Koenigsegg

Ok, for me, it was always a Vector...

Back in the 80's, that would have been the Vector W2 Twin Turbo...
(back then I think I called it the Vector Twin W2)...

These days, it would have the be the Vector W8 Twin Turbo...

Until I can afford one of those, my Boxster S will do quite nicely, thank you!

alex.rhodes 03-30-2017 03:58 AM

For me it would be a 1979 911 turbo. Brown exterior and either the brown or black pasha interior.

itsnotanova 03-30-2017 04:40 AM

A Boxster with 500 reliable horsepower

morgal48 03-30-2017 05:39 AM

1. Singer
2. Mercedes 300 SL Roadster
3. Duesenberg SJ

DWBOX2000 03-30-2017 07:05 AM

I'm working on it.

New exhaust-done
Lower suspension-done

Open items:
Lighter seats
Lighter frunk, trunk
RS door panels if possible
Aluminum pedals
New roll bar
Additional color to body (no idea yet)

Light enough were the car is a bit more tossable but not so light that I can hear every divot in the road.
