How to Remove Canvas Top?

Hey guys, can anyone direct me to a good DIY for removing the canvas top off the roof frame as I need to get the plastic window in the back replaced since it cracked/shuddered on me this week. Before a repair place can work on it they need it off the car but I don't have a clue how to go about this... step by step with photos would be amazing!

I recently removed and replaced my top and used the 101 Projects book. Worked fine with no parts left over in the end.
