the shipping rates on these things are terrible.

The ad is a couple months old but maybe worth checking.
 

Try whaletail and nineapart

To chime in - Whaletail - sent them a couple emails a couple of different times looking for parts, they never once returned any of my emails.

Nineapart - very challenging fellow to deal with. His place is local to me, so I've heard lots of stories - not the most popular guy, I'll leave it at that.

Keep an eye on Kijiji - maybe ask around at the local shops, you might get lucky someone selling their box in the spring may part with the hardtop.

nine apart got nothing, but he does answer the phone.
part of my problem is i live in the middle of east coast nowhere, i had to go to montreal just to find a boxster ,so there are not a lot of used parts in the local area.

I got lucky and found a top and a set of snow tires on so so rims on Kijiji. 150kms away.Those two shops are mostly 911.
You may see more pop up online now that spring is here. Install the spin locks and pick it up somewhere. It would cost a ton of $ to get that to the island.Road trip.

I know of one. Just the shell. Don't believe it's got the innards as it was stripped down for track car use. Basically hardtop and back window...
