AC hard line corrosion

As the weather has warmed, I noticed that my AC was not working. So I took it to my mechanic who found that all my freon had leaked out. He found that the large line was leaking at one of the support brackets. Apparently this type of setup can trap water causing the aluminum line to corrode through.

It is a slow leak, but a leak all the same that I have to fix. My options are to get the line repaired, replace with a used line or buy a new one. The larger line snakes up into the frunk, but should not be too difficult to remove.

Anyone else had to deal with this problem?

Thanks
