Nice somebody finally made a board with a decent interface...

I'm sure noone will use it though everyone goes to 986board.com despite the crappy interface

Thanks for the positive feedback on the forum. Yes 986 is quite popular. However, give us time and we will be too. Spread the word about the forum every little bit of help is good to have.

Thanks,

JT

No Problem.

I have no problem using multiple boards.

BTW, is AM986 Club going to set up shop here? I am the Midwest Region Director or some such title and would like to see some place to get our communications going. I see you have a forum area here, I might just have to make use of that!

Until then, check out this really cool website:

Thumbs up Forum software

This is so much better than the forum software at the 986board.com site. This is more of what I am used to using. Having all the replies show up on one page is the only way to go. Curiously though, if you look around on the 986board.com site, in certain areas they do have something very similar to this. Strange that they don't use it though for the general discussion forum. I thought I saw a similar format in their classifieds section.

Jorge, haven't gotten around yet to the graphic for the forum here that you were talking about. Are you still thinking of doing something like that or not? Everyone's been quite busy and I didn't really want to ask any of our designers yet about doing that graphic for the site here.

Thanks for the compliments.

I have been changing the look of the board to make it look a little cleaner. I was using a graphic desinged by a member which was really nice. However, with the new lay out, I wll need a smaller type logo which I could use on all the pages. I need something that will reduce to 168 x 100 pixels. Anyway, who ever takes the time to design one for us will get full credit for it.

Thanks for joining and I am glad you like the forum.
