986 to 987 side air vent conversion

Hi
would like to fit 987 style side vents to my 986 S.
Without being ripped off £350 with the ones on E Bay, does anyone know where I can source some reasonably priced ones. Thanks

Have also thought this, as I don't fancy paying £350 for two small aftermarket parts. You can get fiberglass bumpers for that price.

How would you guys propose to do this? Would you replace the rear quarter panels or, God forbid, try to cut the shape of the new grills into the existing panels. Sorry but I just don't see an easy way.

There are no quarter panels to replace in the rear. They are part of the body and not removable. Your options are the terrible looking faux vents or cutting into the body. I wouldn't recommend either.

+1 with particlewave. Those don't look right to me either. IMO keep it stock.

OP: I think eBay is about it.

Oh...I forgot option 3. Magnetic 987 vents
