boxster s rear knuckle, brakes, axle swap??

Hi guys I am reading and cant find a boxster base to boxster S knuckle swap. from what I've gotten so far, everything can be interchanged but I will need a special shim for the rear calipers ??? is this true?

I'm doing a motor swap and going with the boxster s transmission for the added strength and need to swap out the rear components to match. any help or direction with this would be great.

thank you

Ask Woody (itsnotanova). He should know all the parts you would need to change. He also will most likely have any part you need.

You'll need the rear carrier, rotors, calipers and axles from an S.

I had this done for the Big Red brake upgrade and everything went on without using shims. The only issue is the axle rotation sensor does not register the smaller diameter axle and your dash will light up with brake, ABS and seatbelt icons. A bracket will have to be fashioned so the sensor is deeper into the housing to read the rotation or you will have to swap the axles out to the "S" axles. I've been driving mine for four years with a makeshift bracket with no issues.
