Considering our fascination with all things Boxster, inside and out, and down to the last bolt, here are some photos of what's inside the driver's side door airbag (deployed).

the propellant cylinder goes inside this opening, covered by a series of overlapping folds and held by 3 screws which then attach to the metal housing.

total weight: 1,072 grams (minus Argon gas). Don't go getting any ideas...
