Seat Heater Switch Replacement

Hi All; Need to replace my driver side seat heater switch. I have the replacement and it seems like an easy plug and play, but I'm not sure how to remove the old one. How do you remove the plastic piece that holds the two heater and two window switches which fits into the center console? It appears there is a tab on the right (passenger ) side of this plastic piece (on the inside) but no visible way to get to it. After removing the ash tray there are two torx 30 screws at the bottom - they appear to anchor the entire console and not the plastic piece that holds the switches.
Any help appreciated,.

Thanks,

Steve

Use a plastic trim tool to slowly unclip it and it should come out if you push it the other end. I did a few weeks ago when I did the non-smoker ash tray delete mod.
