Smog Due SAI won't go ready
 
I'm late on Smog check and my SAI never seems to go ready on Calif car. Wondering if my cheapy HF scan gauge is just not Porsche friendly. I've driven 150 mi since I reset it for a few codes mostly 1128 which hasn't come back in 150 mi. All readiness codes go ok except SAI. Any thoughts?

What exactly is the SAI doing or not doing?
Is SAI not coming on at start up? Fuse?

Not unusual, we have seen them go well over 200 miles before they reset themselves.
