Well it happened!

I moved my car out of the garage today and found an oil spot. Im pretty sure its the RMS issue. I havent confirmed this but what else could it be? Im sure it could be comming from somewhere else but I doubt it.

Actually, it can be several other types of leaks including cam covers, valve covers and the like.

Shoot, they are all expensive to fix.
