Your world might be changing...

Who else got their PCNA flyer with a 986 on the front and their Porsche pin?

oc-boxster 07-21-2016 04:26 PM

Got mine today. Pretty cool.

10/10ths 07-21-2016 04:39 PM

What?

What, what what!?!?!?!?!?

jdlmodelt 07-21-2016 04:40 PM

Not me but I live in a rural area and mail tends to be a bit delayed

10/10ths 07-21-2016 05:05 PM

Deserion 07-21-2016 06:40 PM

Sorry for poor dimmed kitchen lighting.

The pin is cool. What are they trying to say? That you need a four door Porsche and that passing time has meant only advances in their four cars? What about the two door variety.

It's fun to get direct marketing in the mail from Porsche every once in awhile.

"Your life may have changed, but your identity doesn't have too"

Is it just me or this is something that only a father would tell his son/daughter?!

Other than that, grand surprise for you Tim. Nice little personalized kit and pin!

Bootlegger 07-22-2016 02:31 AM

Not me... I'm also RFD mail but......

Hmmmm

Luv2Box 07-22-2016 05:50 AM

Uh, let's see, you're almost twenty years older now time for you to move into something more sensible than an old convertible sports car?

We actually bought a new Macan S last month, and since then, we've been getting these wonderful little gifts from PCNA in the mail every couple of weeks. First it was this beautiful package that contained this incredibly photographed history of Porsche, along with the Macan's birth certificate. Then, a week or so later, the mailman drops off a fountain pen from Porsche Design with a note: "Thanks for your purchase of a new Macan." A couple of weeks later, a note of apology from PCNA because our car was held up in port for 3 weeks awaiting inspection for emissions (thanks, VW). This apology was accompanied by a certificate for a free driving experience at the Porsche Experience Center, along with lunch and a night in a swanky hotel. We're at the point now where my wife is bummed if a couple of weeks go by without a present from PCNA. These folks know how to win customer loyalty, let me tell ya...

Been a week or more now, but I get allot of literature from PCNA, because I get all my track inspections, state inspection and alignments, from my local dealer. The dealer emails a service rating link after every service. which I almost always return. My closest Indy is in Lancaster almost an hour drive the dealer is 15 min.

Porsche is just jealous of the marketing that Subaru did to attract it's base.

I'd love to see a pic or two of your fountain pen. I am fountain pen collector and I make my own writing instruments as well on my lathe...

Don't blame them. I'm surprised they let Merc B do what they do publicly also. Good to see P's marketing active again that's for sure

I'd do anything for someone who knows how to make pen using a lathe - means you know how to use it lolll Not easy ;)

There is the one given to me by the PCA Vancouver for buying many Macans! Carbon fiber sleeve, nice ink also.
