B&M short shifter install

Anyone done a B&M short throw shifter install? How difficult is it? I've heard that if you try the short shifter, you'll never go back to a stock shifter.

Put in about 25 for our local owners. Including the new Porsche short shift on a 2003 C4S. Not hard to do. Even made a DVD of a few installs. Jeff

6spd:

It is a shorter throw, more notchy on mine 3rd to 4th and a little harder to get through the whole pattern when cold. Reverse OK. Overall, still better once you get use to slighty man handling it.
