Can't disable alarm or start car
 

I left my keys in my colleagues car yesterday and didn't realize it until this morning.

I have a spare key I haven't used in years with a broken remote but good key. The RFID chip is still in there as well.

Usually when my remote is not working, I can put the key in the door, unlock it and start the car within 10 seconds and I would be on my way.

Today, when I put the key in the ignition, the alarm didn't turn off. The car won't start either. I tried unlocking the car multiple times with the key, trying to disable the alarm and starting the car with no success.

I couldn't even open the trunk with the switch in the door sill while the alarm was going off. I had to manually open the frunk with the cable and disconnected the battery hoping to reset everything.

Every time i reattach the battery, the alarm continues. How do i disable my alarm and start my car?

Does the light flash on the key when you press a button?

My good key is in a friends car. my spare key doesn't have the remote module, it's broken.
