Help Identify This Leak....Please!

Been lurking here for a while and learned a lot just by reading. This is a great forum!

I need a little help. The back story is I got this 2004 S a month ago. Part of the deal was to have the previous owner have an LN IMS, Clutch, PP, and RMS installed by a very reputable shop prior to having the car shipped to me from NY to MN. The installer provided photo documentation on the install to prove it was all done...

I've put 300 miles on the car since I got it and all's well until today when I notice an oil like substance on my garage floor. I look under the car and see this on the bell housing:

Fluid seems to be pooling in the 90 degree angle that the red arrow points to, which is adjacent to some sensor.

Above that it all looks dry. I checked in the trunk the coolant expansion tank, removed the carpet, and found a little bit of weepage where the hoses come through the firewall, but its all mainly dry up there too.

Just went and looked again....took this pic:

The arrow points to a large tube joining another. It looks a little shiny up there. So does the accordion tube above it. Maybe that helps?

The white arrow in the second pic is pointing to the oil filler tube.
Very common issue.~ $40 part.
It could be cracked or just not seated properly.
Edit: you can get better access to it from the top.

Thanks very much. I should probably be wary of the AOS too, huh?

So, I had a look from the top and traced the leak back to the intake manifold. Oil is dripping from the hard vacuum lines connected to the intake. I am assuming therefore this is an AOS issue....let me know if it seems I am on track here. Thanks!
