Has anyone tried this site to get the security code of your radio?

Hi,

Haven't used this site, but Becker does use the Serial in setting the security code using an algorythm I believe. So, if they have it, then yes, this site should work...

Happy Motoring!... Jim'99

Does entering the code in incorrectly 3 times completely lock the radio up? I tried to enter what I thought the code might be, and after the third time the screen just said "wait" and won't do anything else. I pulled the radio out and haven't put it back in yet, but does it completely lock up?

It is inoperable for 60 minutes then you can try again.

I installed rear speakers in by box yesterday. I have the CDR 220 headunit and M490 amp. Somehow the radio code I got with the manuals did not work. Instead of going to the dealer, I went onto ebay and bought a decoding software for $3.71. And, it worked like a champ. It not only work with Becker but for a host of other brands. And its reusable. Here's the link it you want it:

The rear speakers do make a world of difference, especially when the top is down.
