Portable Work Light Suggestions?

One of my biggest frustrations working on cars is lighting. I have had some success working under my Boxster laying a florescent light on the floor facing up, but working in tight places and in the interior of cars it is often a problem. Typically my portable lights will fall down and shine in my eyes instead of where I am working, or my hands and tools will block the light.

I think that a headband work light will be my best solution, but I'm open to any suggestions. What do you use that works well?

I got one of the new LED Lights for Home Depot its a floor lamp about 10 inches tall. The led is not as bright but it puts off zero heat so no sudden burns from getting to close. I also have several headlamps
