I know you're younger. But they used to have this thing back in the day called a personal computer. You could place an image file on the computers hard drive or even on a floppy disk. Then you'd open up the Netscape navigator and after accessing your 56k modem you'd be able to get to this Web page and upload a picture (after about an hour wait.) I don't know if Netscape is still around but the process should be similar ;)
