Smile 2004 Boxster S 50th Anniv Edition question

I have a question on the 2004 50th Anniv Edition Boxster S. Ive seen some of these cars with the Sport Seat backs painted GT Silver Metallic and some without. I looked at the PCNA order guide for 2004, but it didnt mention option XSA Sport Seat Backs Painted Exterior Color for the 50th Anniv Car.

I know some of the 50th Anniv options were at a no-cost level. Were the painted seat backs no-cost, or were they the $1,495 deal as if you ordered it on a regular Boxster S?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Optional package XSA at a cost of $1495. I have them and they are spectacular... Those extra 'no cost' options were part of the Anniversary package and were factored into the price.

I wish I had the painted seat backs on my 04SE
I'm thinking of getting them done this winter depending on the cost....

Thanks for the heads up. Yep, they are gorgeous seat backs. Its interesting how many 50th Anniv cars have them. Normally its not a common option but it many many of these cars were ordered with them.
