Porsche 97 "ticking/knocking" noice - video link please give advise

Hi All:

I have a 97 boxster - 80,000 miles. I have the exterior painted this past winter and he also did an oil change either 0w40 or 5w40 (didn't specify). I cant be sure if this is the same as the previous oil my regular mechanic was putting in but either way when I got the car, a ticking noise seems to be new.

I can hear it when sitting in the car but seems to be a bit louder on the passenger rear side.

The RPM is below 1000 at idle and I've included a video of the sound. Not sure what it is but hoping someone can give advise before taking to the mechanic or whether or not I should drive it to mechanic. I've driven it about 50 miles since I've got it total but haven't driven it more than 10 miles at one time. I've read could be the oil? I also put a video of the exhaust - seems to be a bit more than normal but I have seen it like that when the car's just started up as it was in this video.
