97 986 stalls at startup

Ok, so I've been chasing this for a while and did what any normal Boxster owner would do. I bought the projects book from Dempsey and did the easy stuff. O2 sensors, Fuel pump ,fuel filter , maf ,AOS including vent lines ,check valves , vent line connector , fuel , oil , radiator caps, cleaned intake , throttle body , cleaned icv, dipstick tube , replaced vacuum lines , and more . So I get it all back together and start it up . Starts right up , no searching for idle, take it out for ice cream , then to the market.
So it's 4 hours later , I start it and pull out into traffic and it stalls at the light. Ok maybe clutch switch , so I start it and it makes it home no problem.
Today I clear all the past codes and start it , just like before , while SAI pump is on , it just wants to die so I use throttle for 60 sec , after it (SAI ) shuts off it idles fine. So I idle for 20 mins as a result of some forum post to try to teach the ecu . Runs great , so I shut it off. I turn it over again , but weak start, idle erratic and I watch it die. Start again giving more fuel , but idles good , then I take rpms to 3000 and drop it off suddenly and it dies, doing this repeatedly it finally starts to idle right . But what is the problem? I'm thinking fuel pressure regulator , icv, some Kind of fuel issue between the fuel filter and the injectors . Any ideas? Maybe short in the system? Clutch switch ? Clutch? Btw the only code that comes up since I fixed the 0410 And 1410 is 0154 O2 sensor , but I don't think that's the reason for the stalling in open loop.
