Caliper and Rotor Conversion

Hello guys - I have a question please:what is involved in changing my standard Boxster calipers and rotors to the red "S" calipers and "S" rotors? This is purely a cosmetic desire. Is this as simple as merely changing the rotors and calipers? Any comments, insight or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks.

If you are looking at purely cosmetic, just paint you existing calipers red and get drilled rotors
Much cheaper to do that..

I could be wrong, but the S brakes are probably bolt on replacement

The front S caliper and rotors are a bolt on swap; the rears no so much.

The S cars used different axles and hub carriers, so the emergency brakes from a base car will not work. To convert the rear, you need the S hub carriers and e brake set up as well as the calipers and rotors.

JFP knows what he says

Just paint them
