Bumper Cover Troubles

Hey everybody, I'm a brand new Boxster owner and a new member of the forum. I've got a nicely modified, low mileage '97 (I'll post some pics as soon as the new rims get here). Here's my problem: The previous owner installed a "911 front bumper" . Unfortunately, it's been bumped and it's damaged. Is this really a 996 bumper? Are they interchangeable, or is there an aftermarket version of the 996 bumper for the Boxster? I like the way it looks and would like to replace it with another just like it. If anyone would know, I figured you guys would.

The older 996 bumper is interchangeable with the boxster....If you are looking at changing the bumper look at going with a MKI GT3, thats what i have on mine(see picture in signature...
