Federal tires SS595

These and the track 595-R seem to be getting some great reviews as cheaper Stickier tires. Anyone? Experience? About 250 UTQG for SS and 140 for RS

what reviews?
Please post links

I can not quote any Independent reviews, very hard to find one. I'm just stating from collective personal reviews of many drivers on different forums. Keyword being Cheaper, Stickier, dry performance tire. Not for wet. Tires are more square than equivalent tires and wider meaning a 225 Federal may be closer to 235 of other manufacturer.

how cheap is cheap?
Lots of good well know tires out there

Tires or "taaaars" as my buddy Jack from down south says, are really important. You spend 100% of your time in the car on them, so don't go cheep. These control braking and cornering so you want the best you can afford. Just my .002

I found this pretty in-depth review of several tires including the Federal:

RS-3 vs Z1SS vs 595 RS-R vs RE-11 vs Z2 vs Rivals - S2KI Honda S2000 Forums

It is an older review so maybe federal has updated their compound. If not, the federal didn't do so good in this review...
