My alternator is talking to me

At idle, I get this annoying squeak from my alternator. A little gas and it goes away. Any chance this is just the pulley and replacing the pulley will make everything sunshine and rainbows? Or is it more likely the whole kit and caboodle?

Sure it's not a guide pulley or tensioner? I've never asked about buying just a alternator drive.

I don't believe so. I did the old screwdriver to the ear trick for the tensioners and it didn't appear to be coming from any of those. I just replaced the alternator 9/2013 so that's why I was thinking it might just be the pulley. However, it is an Autozone alternator so who knows.

By tensioners, I mean the tensioners and the guides.

Just a shot of WD or water on each spinning part. You'll find it fast. Small squirt.

Why does my brain not work sometimes? The most obvious solution often eludes me. Thanks.

Could be belt too. Mine has a squeak sometimes. Like a swishing sound.

I shall name my first born after you.

Decided to hit the spinny things that I knew were not squeaking so I stated with the actual tensioner. Barely sprayed it, but 2 seconds later, the squeaking stopped.

Saved me lots of aggravation there. Thanks again.
