Porsche Boxster 986 1999 2004 Headlights Front Lamps Pair LH RH | eBay

Hi...I have a white '98 boxster. I already changed the rear lights and now looking at changing my headlights because they are already very yellow. Do you have a photo of your car with the new lights you bought from eBay? They are a good price and I want to see how it looks like if you don't mind.

Thanks in advance!

Shameless plug:
I have a set for sale in the Classifieds section. Here is the link:
http://986forum.com/forums/boxster-parts-sale-wanted/60118-986-2-clear-halogen-headlights.html

They're in good shape and come with the corner pieces (one corner piece is cracked).

I can't give you any more details, as I opted for the 986.2 (clear turn signal) lights rather than try to get the xenon lights.

So, you think they still work properly w/o the litronics?

zehutiman, in other threads it's claimed that they do work, without the advanced functionality (leveling, moving the low beam to reinforce the high beam). I don't have the link, but you can find it easily with a search, I think.

Reporting back, I can tell you that the 986.2 clear-turn-signal lights fit and work perfectly. I had my front bumper cover and hood resprayed because they had 110,000 miles of rocks and parking barrier scrapes. Looks like new now!http://986forum.com/forums/uploads01...1453356378.jpg

Had to unplug the DRL hack, though, because the new incandescent bulbs are too hot.
