It just takes a little practice. I remember learning how to drive stick on the way home from a used car lot. I took a lot of side streets and the gear shifter was a chrome handle so I didn't know the shift pattern. That was a long time ago in my first car a 1969 Opel Kadett Rallye, good memories though. I went from 1st to 2nd and back to 1st instead of 3rd gear, that was embarrassing especially with a car behind me.

I think the gas pedal is so stiff that you go from little RPM's to way to high.

That's odd because I find the throttle on both my Boxsters and others I've driven to be unusually light, smooth and linear. Maybe I'm used to them. But I've experienced what you're talking about on other cars in the past. It was usually due to a worn or sticky linkage or throttle body.

so it may need to get fixed to make it "more easy" ?

If you haven't done a PPI on the car, I would locate a good indie shop and have them do a "post purchase inspection." Tell them to check the throttle response. My accelorator is like Retroman's above - smooth and even. My wife's RAV4 by comparison seems herky jerky.

Btw, a good indie north of Boston in Peabody is Autobahn Performance. Tell them I sent you 😉🏁
