Found it.

That's one damn fine car.

Very nice but with that kind of money I'd rather spend it on a used Gallardo and a turbo 996

I think you'd get bored not having anything to fix.

Surprisingly, no shots with the toupee on.

A rocket scientist should be able to swing a 6 figure Boxster. Better snap it up before PL does.

Looks like they wised up. The toupee is a manual operation top now. Much more attractive and easier to use than the 987 spyder.

Is it just me or do the newer Boxsters seem bulky? I met a guy last weekend in a parking lot who was driving his 2014: black on black same as my 03. He parked next to me and I was instantly aware how much bigger and less- nimble his car appeared. It was a great looking car, no doubt, but it just looked like mine on steroids... The owner said this was his second Boxster- he'd traded his first one: an 05S for the 14. He agreed that the 14,was a much different car- not as much "raw fun" as his 05 but more refined....

Yes I could write the check, and I have approval from the wife to get a Boxster Spyder (although I don't think she was thinking this model/year), but I just bought a C4S a few months ago and having three Porsches, like you do, would be too stressful for me... Every day I would be trying to figure-out which one should I drive to work?

Its bad enough when you just have two. Thankfully the winter here helps narrow down my car choices. I never realized how hard it can be to actually choose what Porsche to drive each day

That's sneaky / smart planning to get pre-approval for a Spyder from the spousal unit. Can't help you out deciding between 3 Porsches to drive to work. I only had 3 for a 3 mo period when I'd bought the CSS and put the CS up for sale. Now I'm back to a reasonable 2. If you buy a 3rd Porsche the obvious solution is to get 2 more, then you can drive one for ea day of the work week. The problem would be which one to drive on the w/e.

Well, my decision on what Porsche to drive will be easy tomorrow. The alternator on the Jӓgermobile just gave-up today. Go figure… After 282,000 miles it decides to stop working… What are the odds?

Nah you just alternate 986 and c4s during the week per temp and weather and you save the spyder for the weekend. I say go for it.
