Door window problem

My driver's side door window isn't indexing down properly when I release the door latch. Otherwise, the window operates OK. Anybody else seen this problem? What should I expect from the dealer as a fix?

Try standardizing the window first. Instructions found here:

Spring Has Arrived!!!

I believe that the instructions are also in the owner's manual. That would be the simplest fix. A more severe problem may involve the window regulator or the convertible top relay.
