door panel plastic speaker cover removal

Is there a trick to removing the plastic speaker covers on the door panels?

I hope I'm following corectly but you need to remove the whole door panel. You cannot remove just the speaker cover.

yes if you want to take the door speaker grills off you have to take off the door panel. there are 4 tins clips that hold it on from behind.
