Removing shelf speaker with new glass window

I recently had a glass window top put on my car. As we all know this compromises the service mode quite a bit. My car has the Bose stereo with the shelf speaker behind the seats and I want to take it out because it sounds like crap. I was just trying to shove my big meat hooks on there to try and unhook it but the connector won't come loose and even when it does I'm not sure how to get it out? Doesn't seem like I can Lift it out from the front and out the door. Anyone do this before? Any suggestions? I want to remove this 15 lb dust collector.

This with bungee cords holding the top forward towards the windshield.

The sub in the box is lower ohms I'm told and needs its own amp. And a speaker because mine has a rattle.
