Embarrassment

This thread is an embarrassment to an otherwise very informative, useful site.

Well, we are driving the lowest rung Porsche so I suppose we are the kind that take embarrassment in stride, like water off a duck.

I hope all the military service has not robbed you of a sense of humor.

Even if it has, we can still accept you as you are.

My wife says no. Although she likes the car she says it's too small.

Another fine example of where the falling prices of Boxsters have led the ownership base towards...................What an eclectic bunch............

well we're still at about 60% for owners that think the porsche helped somewhat so I guess that's a good sign

20% said no or didn't think it helped

and about 20% have no sense of humor which I accounted for, hence the question to catch the few humorless porsche owners

100 986forum demerits!!

I'll have you know we are driving the top tier Porsche that comes with a conventional engine in the middle, only two seats and soft top!! Heck not even all the Porsches since the 986 have even come with Porsche engines (cough Cayenne)... Consider yourself lucky sir!

But to your orginal point, I think an entry level Cayenne was cheaper than a base Boxster by a couple hundred at one point.
