squeaking noise/rattling noise

Does any one have a hint what to check for
(1) squeaking noise from left driver shoulder when roof is down.
I checked some plastic shield over roof arm which could produce it but it does not touch anything in my view;
(2) some rattling noise coming from "passenger side rear trunk" over bumps. It's not CV joint which would have more metal over metal accent. I replaced motor mount and inspected transmission mounts which don't have any thorn pieces or leaking oil. Though this is very close to worn motor mounts banging.
.
Both sounds are quite asymmetrical therefore I think there is some loose or worn out parts.

Check on the rear control arms, they tend to rattle over bumpy roads.

Rear control arms (short wide) or their links (long thin, http://www.amazon.com/TRW-98633104307-Suspension-Control-Arm/dp/B007IKMFIU)?

The long arms connecting the wheel hub to the frame (don't have the part number with me, sorry)
