Will a Durametric read

anything related to the wiper interval?

Here is the list of things that have been done to try and remedy my wiper interval problem.
With Woody helping.
1. Switched relay. Two different ones.
2. Switched the knob. Two different ones.
3. Tested a second wiper motor.
The interval still only works at about the 30 second interval, no others work.
I guess perhaps its either the ECU or the stalk at this point?

Not sure, but I don't think so. The circuit is really simple.

No. The Durametric system is limited to things monitored by the DME, the interval wipers are not.

I thought that in this case swapping out the parts would be a quick troubleshooting method. Of course, when you have them to swap. I can see the wires running to the motor from behind the interior cover and nothing looked problematic. It is a very short wire run from the knob to the motor too.
