****************ing furious but need help!!!

I was putting a new Air Filter in my car tonight. Car is in my driveway engine exposed, and the Landscaping folks come by to do the lawns and flowers. As I come walking out my front door, they are spraying a ton of water onto my lawn, and into the engine bay of the car!!!
Now when I start here up, I get a flashing CEL, a really rough idle!! and codes P0300, P0301 and P0305. Could all this be caused by a wet motor??? Anything I should try? Or do I load her on a flatbed and take here to my Indie?

Lots of misfire codes. let it dry out and see if they return. A wild assed guess is water on the MAF as the air cleaner was out.

Cracked coil pack and water?

Although without air filter opened, I've washed my motor and rinsed it off. No issues. There should be a drain hole in air box anyway for water.

I was wondering if it was a MAF problem. I will let it dry for tonight, and try again in the morning.

Was your driver's window open? Maybe some water got to the DME.

You win the prize James. Took the MAF out last night, and it was still damp. Sprayed her down with MAF cleaner, and left her to dry overnight. All is good today!!

Outstanding!

On another note, your landscaping crew seems to be in need of termination and replacement. How do you mess that up?
