It's interesting to witness the generational disconnect in this thread.

I'm 24 years old and I can tell you beyond a reason of a doubt that video is intended to be 100% ironic. Did no one pick up on that nuance? These are prep school kids (notice the LAX pinny) making fun of rap.

I am 17 and I think they have made themselves looks like asses. Not a big generational disconnect there. There may actually be a larger disconnect between you and I. Maybe when you were in highschool someone would do this to make fun of rap but I can tell you that many kids now take this stuff seriously and would find this "dope" "hella' flush" and "swag."
