The Beauty of Norway
 

Over the last few days, I took a trip through southern Norway. I go to Oslo a lot, but rarely have time to visit the countryside.

And wow, what a country!

It's a beautiful mix of sea and rock and lake and forest. Sunny weather brings out the best in the people, who are open and friendly.

Along the way, I saw a silver 986 near Drammen on Friday, a red 986 on route 41 (oh, what a road! It should be marked as a scenic route!) on Sunday, and bunches of 911 in the towns. Too bad I wasn't driving my Box, but a rented VW Golf.

Patssle - nice! Must have been a long trip. Oslo and Trondheim I recognize. The rest is somewhere from the west coast?

Basically everything between Oslo and Trondheim - rented a car and drove west from Oslo then north zig-zagging around. Such a beautiful country!
