Yeah, we got about 4 inches last night...

I got a couple of squeals at start up, I thought it was the starter. Then it made a noise at the stop light before getting home and the heater temp went down but would get hot if you turned it up so I guess I got lucky.

I ordered a Pierburg off Pelican parts. I hope I did good?

Should be a interesting change out.

Inspect the old pump when you remove it to make sure the impellars didn't break down the last thing you want is pieces of the water pump stuck in the coolant passage ways. Can lead to cracked heads.

I just did mine too, even though it wasn't giving me trouble, just preventative. The old one I took out was a Pierburg also, still in great shape after 60k miles. Put a new Pierburg in, no problem with installation or part condition.
