Looking for an S with full leather interior and color matched top. Do they exist?
 

My dream boxster is a 986 S, arctic silver, red leather interior with red top. Has anyone actually seen this combo before? I would also settle with blue interior and blue top. The trouble is most S models seem to be more subdued in their color options. From what I have seen, the wilder color combos exist more so on pre 2000 model cars. Am I just not looking hard enough?

Mine's full grey leather with a grey top over orient red metallic paint, but sorry it is NF:)S

Full black leather with a black hard top on a speed yellow car. Not for sale for any sensible price haha!

I don't think Porsche made a 986 S with a red top, I could be wrong. However if you find a arctic silver 986 with the red interior that you fall in love with, you can order a red top for it.

Man, whoever made that top or the installer did a terrible job.

I think a Arctic Silver 986 Boxster with a red top would look sharp.

Its good to know that there are some out there! While replacing the top is an option, its not something I would want to do unless the original one really started to show its age. I think a white boxster with blue interior and top would look amazing as well.

The 987 RS60 Spyder had red top and red interior as stock option:

Mine is the 04 SE and the top & interior are cocoa brown. Full leather inside.

I think you may be more likely to find that.

Red was not a factory top color.

Blue however was, while rare. However, I think most of the blue interior boxsters have the blue top, I think I've seen them in white and silver.

I put a blue top on my Arctic silver on black interior. I wanted something not a black to help avoid the Oklahoma heat. I wanted to do grey but it would get too dirty for me.

I have a red interior. Stick with black for the top and add the PORSCHE retro decals.

Thats what I'm talking about! Your interior is gorgeous. While black and grey are alright I really like to see some color. I suppose full leather interior may be out there it seems like its harder to find in a color other than black.
