Does anyone know the owner?

Today I was driving and came across 2 Boxster's in a parking lot/field close to the Ottawa, Ontario airport. One was under a tarp and the other out. I managed to park my car and take some pictures. Just wondering if the cars belong to anyone on the forum!

+1 on those wheels on the boxster with the hard top! What are those??
