Lightbulb brake line rubbing

Looks like my right rear line is occasionally rubbing against the inside of the rim. I heard the noise this morning and saw this. Looks like the clearance is pretty tight. Could I be missing a clip somewhere?

Forgot to attach the pic. Also I was able to physically pull the line away, but Im not seeing any clips to secure it.

On my box with 20" wheels the brake cable has that same mark. I wrapped it with some tubing to prevent further chafing and zip tied it to the trailing arm. No issues since.
