Added Leather Door Panels... Very Nice

I added a pair of leather door panels I bought from Quality Porsche Parts on ebay for $280. What an improvement over the stock vinyl ones. These are all leather with some good looking stitching. I have also added the leather air bag and leather 996 cluster surround both which have matching stitching.

I think I got them for a good price due to the fact both had water marks on them. Once I had them in hand they cleaned up and look like new.

Looks good Chuck! It looks brand new! I have a pair of 996 leather door panel I was going to put on mine. The leather on the main U shaped part needs to be replaced though.

That's a SUPER price!

I was offered some 97 leather door panels from a fellow forum member and they really spruced up the interior of my car. 97's are hard to find too because they didn't have side airbags.

I have these too, I didn't realize these were the option style.

Try 1Z leather if you haven't already from autogeek.net. Keeps that leather from drying out and leaves it looking matte like in your picture, no residue or build up. Excellent on the seats, especially if you have a buffer with a leather brush attachment.

When the weather breaks I'm going to get rid of the carpeting on the door and replace it with dark grey alcantara. My foot seems to always catch the carpeting right under the speaker. Looks like yours has a little of the same.
