What's up with my LED speedo?
 
What's up with this? I took Dorothy out for a spin, and I noticed her digital speedo was missing some illumination. I noticed when I was going 45 and it read 15. At 85 it read ]5.

I've lost part of the 10's digit. 100's seems to be okay though. It was only prudent to check ;)

Is it possible the display has just gone wonky? Sounds like there an inexpensive, if not somewhat geeky and intricate repair process available, as in this thread... http://986forum.com/forums/general-discussions/55760-help-faulty-display-screen-please.html

that thread is for the climate control, not the speedo/instrument cluster
