Has anyone seen these vanes? Just curious
I wonder if this Boxster belongs to someone on the forum? Where did you find these?

I have seen them sold on ebay.
|
Looks like something picked up from Pep Boys or Vatozone.
|
Oh man, This has me looking for chrome tail fins. Not big ones mind you, something small, low key, classy stick on chrome tail fins.
|
I'm not one to stick stuff on my car, to the point of debadging my S, but I'm having a hard time trying to hate this look.....really!
|
from the ad
"ATTACH THESE SPEED FINS AND POSSIBLY LOWER THE COEFFICIENT OF DRAG AND EXPERIENCE THE PROBABILITY OF MORE HP AND BETTER GAS MILEAGE.... THESE ROCKET FINS ARE USED ON FERRARI'S' ASIDE FROM MAKING YOU CAR LOOK MORE AGGRESSIVE... THE SPEED FINS ADDS MORE MUSCLE AND CLASS TO YOUR CARS LOOKS AT THE SAME TIME.... ." ROTFLMAO |
......... :barf:

The speed fins adds more muscle and class
That's it.... god help us all |
Looks like they took them off of a Chrysler Crossfire!
|
Wow - never thought about these
This project moves up ahead of putting Buick front fender stick on holes on my boxster |
Oh C'mon guys, these are vortex generators just like airplanes use. You get more bite on the spoiler when you use these!.....But wait....there's more....
|
Amitmishra4, as you can see, the forum boys are not as keen on these as you!
|
Oh, I'm not keen on them at all, just curious and sharing with the others. Someone obviously liked it enough to install them.:)

I think I just threw up a little in my mouth.

Shouldn't they go on the hood?
