Looks like somebody has seen "Wayne's World"!

I have never lived in the milwaukee area but have visited many times. The downtown area has its share of nice restaurants, sports (Brewers and Bucks), decent concert draws, and lakeside activities. Plus its only a 1 hour drive to, in my opinion, one of the best cities in the Midwest, Madison, WI.

As far as areas to stay away from, I really only go downtown in Milwaukee and have been there late at night and it really wasnt ever that bad. What area of Milwaukee are you looking to move to?

I live in the Chicago area now and its only really an hour and 45 minute drive to "the 2nd city".
